I'm not a member, but I identify as Leader of the Labour Party, so I'm skipping the leadership programme and just taking over from Jezza on Monday.

Budgieinaberret -no answer yet...not holding my breath tbh! It’s just mind numbing the way the whole application starts with the sentence “if you identify as a woman” it’s like they can only see the entire world from the point of view of “assigning to” not just “accepting of” they really really make me sick lately Labour. They are living in some wierd fantasy land. Really has made me wonder how far from reality are they on every day subjects. ( can’t believe there is no budgie emoji, they are the finest of all birds. I had one who ate toast, and chips.)

It is interesting though... they have many photos of previous applicants on their sure, and they all look like natal women... however, last year, there were at least two trans women on the programme? I wonder why they have been erased?

Terfing they might have asked not to have their pictures up? Id imagine a lot of trans people just want to do their jobs and find this whole time very tough.

Aybe they've been photoshopped! There was more than 2 non women in the line up I'm sure.

Yes, they have definitely been intentionally erased. The two who did it last year made a huge song and dance about it... if they had had the opportunity to be the model for this programme, they would have taken it, I'm sure
