Can you help me write to my MP. I need help with data.

I am finally getting round to writing to my MP and want to quote the statistic that x% of transwomen do not fully transition i.e. they keep their male genitals

What is the percentage?

Where does the statistic come from? I have realised that my source is "a forum of anonymous people on the internet", which does not pass muster. What is the real source of this oft-quoted data, with links if poss.

I would say don't write to your MP, go and see them at one of their surgeries. It's much easier to communicate your ideas face to face than in a letter. I got 20 minutes with my MP and you can do a lot of persuading and educating in that time.
