Professor Stephen Whittle feels there will be a flurry of attempts and suicides due to this delay! ... really?FFS. He then floats that at least Labour are behind them so they will focus their efforts to ensure they're elected!

I agree with you chosenone ... Wtf!

I'm not convinced that the Guardian gets any credit for publishing this article. Other news sources have specifically mentioned that all journalists were asked not to name the MPs who attended in order to protect them from any backlash from anti-women activists. I suspect this article is mainly intended as a deliberate flouting of this, with a veneer of sympathy to hide behind.

Good point hope any backlash against them proves our point rather than the TRA
