What I don't understand is if you are truly Gender dysphoric, why would you not get gender reassignment surgery? Why would you not seek to remove the one part of your body that defines you as the sex you don't think you are?!

Excellent point by the host, if you suffer that much by seeing the wrong sex on your birth certificate, you'd go through the process of getting a GRC no matter how bloody "intrusive" you found it.

If you're not willing to do that, they you remain as your birth sex.
