The comments are overwhelmingly horrified by the decision to place K White in a womans prison and for many a wtf moment,light is dawning,it can't come soon enough

Wow. And the comments underneath it are brilliant! This is what we’ve needed, men with large followings ( Ricky Gervais is another one tweeting about it today ), who are as outraged about this as we are.

Sad but true.

Just had a quick look at replies, one of the first is from a transwoman who says:

'I hope they throw away the key because I am not a rapist but I will be accused regardless. Worrying.'

Interesting that the reason this person wants KW's key thrown away is because they are worried about being accused of rape. Not about the women who were or could be actually raped.

There are, however, comments of the 'not true trans' variety, which (of course) misses the point entirely.

There was a genuine transsexual on Jeremy Vine today who was very clear that men with dicks are not women. We need to be able to speak the truth.

In other words - me me me me me. It's all about me. How it affects me. What about me? Me, I'm a victim. Me me me me.

I was very pleased to hear this being discussed on the Jeremy Vine show - finally, hopefully, this will gain some nationwide traction and increase dissenting voices tenfold.
