Neither Ebay or Pay Pal support raffles but there are 2 ways to do it;

Sell tickets for a raffle using Pay Pal, but have a question to answer so that it becomes a competition involving skill.
Then you have to print out the tickets or allocate every buyer a number and use pre printed ones, and draw a winner, and its a hassle.

Or have an online auction on someones social media page. Then the person who bids highest by a certain time and date pays by Pay Pal and you post them the item they won.
If they default the next highest bidder wins.

I think bidding on it would work better. I'm trying to cut down the amount of work that she would have to do.
