I've seen many comments here about the need for more GC main stream and accessible media pieces outside of broadsheets and more political/current affairs publications. So seeing this in Womans Own magazine this week made me take notice, thought it was worth sharing.

Touches on the Girl Guides example in particular.

Don't know about the circulation, but my Aunties and Nan all read it. Popular with an older generation I think.

When I worked on wards it was the one magazine we always paid for because it gave the patients such comfort. It has a loyal readership.

Plus the readership in doctor's surgeries! I 'd have bought several and donated them if I had known earlier!

@RepealtheGRA yes I believe so. I saw it on my local library's magazine app for download, and it was the current issue available.

I've just double checked on the Library app. Yes it is the current issue - dated 15th October 2018.
