Freedom of Expression- I never knew!

I must confess. I didn’t know this:

Freedom of expression, as guaranteed by article 10 of the European convention on human rights, includes the right “not to express an opinion which one does not hold“

Does that mean that freedom from compelled speech is not absolute?

Surely one always has the right to remain silent.

Being compelled to remain silent in order no to commit a crime could easily impinge on your other rights eg to dignity or to defend yourself or accurately identify or describe your attacker.
