This article confused me. I agree with the sentiment that women only colleges benefit women but thought that the three Cambridge Women only colleges they refer to were no longer single sex as they admitted anyone who self ID’s as a woman?

Have I got that wrong? Otherwise surely it completely contradicts the whole arguement?

And didn’t Germaine, who is held up as a successful Cambridge alumni, vehemently oppose this change?

the cognitive dissonance among the editorial staff at the Graun must surely by now have reached levels that are dangerous to their health?

I can't with the Guardian anymore (apart from a handful of writers). I used to love it as an outlet, and trusted them implicitly. Now I am undergoing what feels like a painful break-up, and my ex just keeps taunting me.

Idiotic newspaper. After being raised in a Telegraph reading household I happily read the Guardian for nearly 20 years. Now I’m more likely to be reading the Times, Telegraph, The Sun (!) (online) and starting not to even bother to check the Guardian for the headlines. What’s the point when they don’t even understand basic biology?
