I’ve not posted here before, but thanks to all the insightful women who have educated me on this thread, I have just ‘ handed in my homework’ and completed this before it’s too late. Consultation closes 19 October

For people short of time at the moment, you don't have to complete it all in one go.

I've done the majority and saved it to go back to it later.

I will update it as and when I think of things over the next week or so and then submit it.

Fair Play for Women have guidance on how to fill it in.

RepealtheGRA · 06/10/2018 15:06

Thank you Smile

anunseemlylovefordustin · 06/10/2018 15:14

I was talking to my mum about this today and saying I must fill it in (and so must she!) I didn't realise the deadline was so soon. Will do it next week!

Long time lurker here who's finally accepted i can't sit back and let this harmful agenda eradicate womens rights

Completed with the help of Fair Play For Women, such an invaluable resource

Remember that you don't have to make loads of comments (like I've done).

You can just enter yes/no as appropriate.

Women's Place UK also has a guide to help with each question.

Great to 'meet' you! Well done on speaking out.

Don't be fooled by MUMSnet (I know Dr Haddock thinks we're all barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen - and if that's your choice, fine) but
the only requirement is that you believe in women's rights and freedoms.

Oh, and you know what a woman is, of course.

HandsOffMyRights · 06/10/2018 15:55

And if you don't know who Doc Wallywood is yet, you soon will do.

I know what you mean - I've only been here a few months and cannot unsee now.

My first venture (once I'd read up on here and had an assault on my logic via Twitter) was to visit my MP.

Is that possible for any of you? If not, just being here and doing the consultation is an excellent start.

There will be some long serving FWR posters along soon, hopefully with some links/resources.

If you can hack Twitter, I'd suggest going on, if only to see who we're facing. I've not braved Reddit yet Shock

Deliriumoftheendless · 06/10/2018 16:41

I’m getting it done today. Have left leaflets from FPFW in town too.

PollyEthel · 07/10/2018 15:57

Done! And my mother is about to as well. Working on friends - they are mainly in the "why can't we all be nice to each other" camp...

HerRoyalFattyness · 07/10/2018 16:46

Done.
