Are larger venues such as theatres and museums obliged to offer some single sex toilets? Even if most of their facilities are mixed sex?
I'm planning a visit to a city with a vulnerable female. She would simply not use the toilet if there was no SS option available and we would probably have to avoid anywhere that can't provide one.
Could we go to a manager and ask them to direct us to the female toilet with the expectation that there will be at least one?
I'm not clear on the law here. Not talking about coffee shops and the like. More about larger museums, galleries, theatres. Especially those in receipt of public funds.
