Transgender rights being discussed on Politics Live right now. Jo Coburn and Rachel Johnson appear to get it.

Can’t listen (at work). Are they actually saying born women have rights? And that they should not have to automatically share their space with biological men?

I am really quite heartened by coverage over the pas few days (well, the ones that engage and dont just parrot TWAW).

Jo Coburn was certainly asking the right questions. She was interviewing Peter Tatchell so she could've just been taking the opposing position. I hope not.

Rachel Johnson is clearly aware of the perceived danger of getting caught up in this debate and was trying to avoid bigot/terf slurs. She said twice that she didn't want to get into this but get into it she did, albeit briefly.

I'm going to watch again as I should've taken notes!!!
