To save googling - it's the colours of the Suffragettes and Linda Bellos wore them this morning.

Someone in the court said that she should not wear them. There are no prizes for guessing who.

Anti-Woman Activists aren't even subtle, are they?

I understand that they are the Suffragette ribbon colours. After all we’re celebrating the centenary this year.

I’m really confused as to how achieving voting rights for women could possibly be offensive?

If transwomen are women then they would support the display of a women's suffrage symbol in solidarity. Or even if they were men who identified as women. Wouldn't they?

Unless of course, they weren't women, and their 'loyalty is to the trans flag first' and they see any display along the lines of historical advancement of women's rights as a personal affront to them.

I've put a Suffragette ribbon over my FB profile pic, and changed my cover image to the Woman/Adult Human Female billboard.

I hope Linda continues to get the support she deserves.

They're not very consistent with what they get offended by are they? Weren't some of them (Munroe B and Caityln Jenner IIRC) featured on some celebration of 100 years since women got the vote (Vogue I think)?

They get offended by anything that a women does. Its fine when its being appropriated.

Why is that? Its almost as if women can't have women things.
