Finally getting involved in activism

I took the plunge today and joined in with some activism. Utterly terrifying in many ways, but it was FABULOUS to meet real life women with a strong sense of sisterhood, fire in their bellies and a desire to look out for other women and girls.

I know that many of us have good reason to keep a low profile, but I stuck my head well above the parapet today and I'm so glad I did. I shall sleep very well tonight.
