Shell have an advert on twitter. They say they spoke to women in engineering world wide, and then follows a film depicting what they said. Here is a great picture of the Gender Gap all them women were on about.
Somone replied that there was no gender gap, but that there was a sex gap. But that tweet got disappeared. Now somone is clapping instead.
