This trans journalist had a chance encounter with a supporter of WPUK. Was this one of you lot?

Really thoughtful article - division into two camps without engaging with each other is not the answer.

Cabbage boiled isn't very pleasant, is it? Boiling it milk sounds a bit like putting sprouts in chocolate.

It's pineapple for sperm I think.

Charliethefeminist · 12/09/2018 00:20

No it's pineapple to aid implantation but apparently it changes the taste of sperm - many online articles on this more research designed to encourage women to enjoy oral sex

Oh and there are millions of people who believe the Virgin Mary had a virgin birth.

Just saying.

I think I identify as Brazilian - passion fruit sponge for breakfast! And given menopausal hair loss, sporting Brazilian grooming will be the work of seconds.

I love huevos rancheros for breakfast, well, brunch really, I can't eat first thing. And there's a Lebanese breakfast called mankoushe which has all my favourite things - labne, haloumi and flatbread with zaatar.

Weetbix with mashed banana is weird. Not as weird as asking complete strangers for descriptions of their conception processes, but weird. Less likely to lead to living in a cave without friends though.

I've not caught up with this thread, and you are all wrong about an ideal breakfast (which is leftover Chinese takeaway, obviously), but I am baffled at the idea that donor conception is new. Has the OP never heard of a pipette, a turkey baster or a spoon?

ArcheryAnnie · 12/09/2018 10:09

Dancelike although you've got a point about labne and flatbread.
