I'm hoping Rowantrees will be a contributor on here! This is basically a thread to keep together stories of all the things that we have been told will never happen. Please put what the item is about as well as a link for clarity.

The Grand Valley Institution for Women in Kitchener, Ontario currently has 3 male inmates. One is serial pedophile Matthew Harks. Harks has harassed women while incarcerated in prisons and halfway houses.

The GVI has a program for mothers and children. Violent male offenders

have access to the common areas that these children frequent.

Ppl. incl the Mayor of Brampton. freaked out when Harks was placed in the suburbs but no one seems concerned that he was placed in a women's halfway house or has been sent to a women's prison.
