If Aimee wants to try and get an injunction, that would be an interesting case. Apart from the fact, that ship has well and truly sailed and an attempt at an injunction would do anything but Streisand the story more, I would suspect that The Times might stick an oar in terms of there being a public interest because Aimee happens to have had a significant role in a major political party.
I find it difficult to work out what grounds Aimee could argue that would counter that fully.
Thats the problem if you stand for public office or have a influential role in a political party.
Remember Aimee's relationship with David wasn't just a family one. It was also a political one. The act of employing David as agent creates a big problem for Aimee in terms of trying to use the privacy card.
I would be surprised if a judge would look too favourably on Aimee as a result.
