Thank you! Just completed it. What a joy to fill out after the biased nonsense provided by the City of London.

Also had a look at the email exchange on the #manfriday website. I'm absolutely stunned that he basically admitted that there was a problem with the key terminology but thought it best to go ahead anyway, that all respondents would be expected to just 'get it'.

Really? What does "Services for men or women will be open to anyone who states that their gender identity is neither male nor female, or both, or sometimes one or the other" mean?

Only I think they might also be open to men and women, and if you'd stuck with "unisex" everybody would understand that.

I also have to share that I received a Stonewall survey today to assess how supportive my workplace is to LGBT staff. This came via my employer, not really sure why.
Anyway, I spent loads of time completing it and on every occasion that it asked about my gender I left the drop down alone and typed "My sex is female". Every single time!
It felt really good
