I was listening on the radio this morning to a guy who had studied about the perception of Islam/Muslims in the world, and the rise of islamophobia in the world after Charlie Hebdo, 7/7 etc.

Anyway, it got me thinking, surely in any other context TRAs would openly be called extremists and those using bomb threats, threatening any violence, using actual violence would be called terrorists?

I'm sure this has been said before but I think it's worth saying again. Often. Always where violence is threatened/used. Out loud.

I don't think most people know about it. Those who do, often call it terrorism.

Ah, but it's not terrorism if it's directed at women is it?

tobee · 26/07/2018 14:44

So we should say it louder?

We should say it louder, in a thread entitled “Terrorism against women is legally acceptable”

People don't realise it's happening and even if they do, they already see them as more oppressed and having to defend themselves.
