I didn't know this, but apparently at the weekends, Neville gives control of his twitter account over to an activist.

Last night, a TRA was posting from hos account. It was the usual TRA rubnish about how people are trying to take away their rights, provoke them to react violently and, worst of all, giving the TRA version of what happened at Speaker's Corner.

Cue angry feminists replying to counteract the lies, TRAs coming in to say "stop trying to silence trans voices" and "we do get abuse" and a cameo appearance from Adrian Harrop.

What a shit fest.

Letting someone else post on your account is extraordinarily stupid. You’ll still be liable if they post something breaching libel or privacy laws.

I would donate to a crowd funder too. However, I think that we ought to wait for the "right" defendant. Look at the comments under the Guardian article, Southall is still a hero to many. He works in a school for disabled children etc, etc.

I was reading through the supportive posts defending his accusations of others' bullying and cowardice. Even a couple saying "you wouldn't dare say that to big Nev IRL' Why? Would that woman be taught a lesson for calling him out?

The absurdity. Any other group (i.e. not women) who suffered such violence at Speakers Corner would be extended the hand of moral decency, but Nev's loyal followers are adament the victim is the offender!

Southall has been given a long overdue virtual kicking by his followers (15 Aug).

He intended to hand over the reins of his account to a person catering for a particular fetish (ie role playing as babies and small children to a "mummy"). There was uproar as followers pointed out the risks not only to his reputation but of triggering memories in those who had suffered child abuse.

He's pulled the stunt, but I think he has gone back to being seen as "an attention seeking, pliable half wit".
