While it's entirely your prerogative to do this, Stonewall has many other corportate sponsors including Barcalays, Aviva, Virgin Money, Primark, Adidas, Visa, and Ebay.

Marmite isn't actually a corporate sponsor though, they are just donating a small % of the sales of one specific product edition to Stonewall.

So there are ways to continue buying Marmite and not support Stonewall if you so wish.

I think it would be worthwhile to inquire of them, and any other companies you do business with, if there are any other activities they intend to participate in that advocate rolling back women's right to the 1850s.
