Can anyone help me out here? I read an article recently by a transwoman who I think was called Lily who wrote about being allowed to present as a girl at primary school for a short while. It might have been called 'the summer of Lily' - or very possibly the name wasn't Lily and it was called something completely different! It was by an older transwoman who became 'Lily' at primary school some years ago when transgender wasn't in the news. If I remember rightly, the primary school teachers were happy to call her Lily but she had to return to being a boy at secondary school. There was definitely a bit about sitting on the carpet during reading time and being happy being a girl (for definitely read - possibly) I think I read it from a link in mumsnet but I'm not sure. If anyone can point me in the right direction, given that very vague and probably inaccurate description, then well done and thanks. (PS, by recently, I could be talking months). Any clues anyone?
