Good morning feminists
I saw this today and wanted to share it.
Ignore the headline; this 3 min video is one young woman's story, touching on what sounds like a national scandal (that I'd not heard about before), being protected by women, and a happy ending :)
There is a lot to talk about in what she says; religion, child abuse, women doing the work of the oppressor; if anyone wants to talk let's do that. I would encourage a quick look even if you don't usually post though.
The next one in the reel is about a feminist squat in Brazil but I haven't watched that one yet; seems like some good stories on BBC at the moment.
