I do understand people name changing to protect themselves, to enable themselves to be more outspoken while not being identified in RL....
However, I think where possible it would be great if we don't name change for one key reason - So we know who we are talking to, recognising who you are and what you believe from your posting history
And perhaps think of name changing elsewhere to protect your privacy??? On this board more than ever it is important we know who we are speaking to....
My name - long ago adopted when I came on here for sharing advice and expertise - now feels very antiquated and does not express who I am, especially within this discussion.... However, I am keeping it so that people can see who I am from my history of posting
