All his songs are still on there and he still has an official 'This is R Kelly' playlist, he's also still on user-created public playlists, he's just not on any other Spotify-curated lists.

He still seems to be more visible than, say, lostprophets.

New York Times:
While their music will remain available for streaming by choice, it will no longer appear in Spotify’s influential curated packages, which often appear on the service’s front page. “We don’t censor content because of an artist’s or creator’s behavior, but we want our editorial decisions — what we choose to program — to reflect our values,” Spotify said in a statement.

It's not quite #muteRKelly but it's going in the right direction.

They need to balance pr with the fact they still make money out of him.
