hi Im 30 years old Filipina and i have a son. and i feel very bad because my partner leave me just like that. As a woman it leaves me thinking why a man has to get away with that it feels like i don't have the rights to say a word from it

Well honestly you would have every right to leave him if you felt you wanted to or needed to for whatever reason.

Or are you talking about him leaving your child? He should pay maintenance after leaving.
