Dyketagnan has tweeted about possible underhand GC accounts that may be trying to discredit people or disseminating fake info.
Some have tweeted with suggestions to stop following certain accounts. I don't think stopping following is a good idea because someone could be trying to stop people following useful accounts. Blocking and echo chambers are a key TRA tactic.
Critical thinking and checking sources is essential though. Also being careful.
