Tells women we just need to work on our irrational fear of male violence

The male privilege just shines through with this one.

Though it’s about what you’d expect from someone who said they love being cat called and treated like a piece of meat.

there is a desperate need for serious investigation into how some TRAs are using propaganda techniques so effectively....

Trumpdump · 02/04/2018 11:08

Didn't Paris go to jail for a violent attack? They themselves are violent! Confused

BlytheByName · 02/04/2018 11:16

I spent most of yesterday trying to argue this on FB with a large group of trans allies and one trans man.
I used the Target loos data and my very best calm manner but the closest I got was one woman saying I had legitimate safety concerns and as not transphobic but she disagreed with me.

TerfinUSA · 02/04/2018 11:26

"Didn't Paris go to jail for a violent attack? They themselves are violent! confused"

Yes, Paris will give you all the 'transwomen are at risk of being attacked, sex work, blah blah blah'

but the reality is that HE attacked a client. And he enjoyed it.

He said it was 'thrilling'

There are plenty of cases of male sex workers attacking their clients, but far, far fewer of female sex workers.

Paris is a man. A violent man.

R0wantrees · 02/04/2018 11:33

The 'allie' drive is being exploited by some TRAs in a very deliberate and chilling way....

R0wantrees · 02/04/2018 11:34

' ally' even!! oops

NotTerfNorCis · 02/04/2018 11:41

It was 'thrilling' because for a moment he had the power to harm someone else. It wasn't because it was 'rebellious' or 'chaotic'.

Ritzsaltedcrackers · 02/04/2018 12:00

Ugh, hadn’t seen that before. He really is vile.

Look at all the TRA's in that thread ignoring consent and demanding 'evidence'. It looks like Reddit.

TempusFugitive · 02/04/2018 12:08

good points. their fears must be protected by new laws.
Women's fears are to be mocked. Good luck to us 'getting over' them. Grrrr!

ijustwannadance · 02/04/2018 14:05

So if women's fear of male violence is irrational, surely by that logic trans fear of male violence would also be irrational too? And if male violence is irrational, why can't they use the men's toilets?

UnaMagdalena · 02/04/2018 14:18

they would say it is cis women's fear of Women.

I agree so completely though, they are being so illogical! And so narcissistic. Their fears must be respected. Others' fears mocked.

bellasuewow · 02/04/2018 20:24

Paris is violent and has been in prison. There are lots of very astute comments on Twitter in response so there is a silver lining as he exposes his true self for scrutiny.

nooka · 02/04/2018 20:48

Reading that article it seems that Paris back then was all about 'sticking it to the man' (although the commentary seemed to be about someone having a manic episode so unlikely to have been sticking it to anyone). Now Paris has decided to stick it to women instead, perhaps because they believe (or enjoy) all the 'cis women are the oppressors' propaganda.
