How get a hashtag trending on Twitter #UnderHisEye

Does anyone know how to start a #Hashtag on Twitter? I was reading a few articles today and it's feeling like the start of the Handmaid's Tale. The TV show is very popular and I think maybe using this phrase "under his eye" would be a good way to highlight this - esp to people who don't know much about the issue. New season out soon maybe we could take advantage? What do other people think? Like, you could retweet a news story with the hashtag #UnderHisEye.

So maybe wait till that's calmed down? I don't know, if the two trended at the same time that might be good

This one made me think of it. I thought would be good for articles about female 'erasure' and loss of women's rights or articles about violent TRA's...

I actually Rted it and just said 'under his eye' and it got a couple RT's straight away which is what made me think of it

Bloody hell, every time I think things can't get any more ridiculous something else pops up to prove me wrong
