Agree with Nooka. This guy was obviously seriously screwed up and I think the surgeons who operate on these folk are really unscrupulous. In some cases I think the surgeons probably feel they are doing their best for a person with self confidence and identity issues who may have their best chance of happiness by looking like the other sex, but this guy is obviously a fruitloop. The sad thing was that as a slightly effeminate bloke he was quite attractive and would probably have had no problem getting girlfriends if he'd realised that was what he wanted.
