I have managed to sign it, but when dh puts his email address in and ticks the uk resident box nothing is coming through to his email - not into spam even.

My email address ends .co.uk whereas his ends .com. Is this what the problem is?

We’ve tried around six times now, but nothing is happening.

I don't think it can be the dot com thing because I used a Hotmail dot com and it worked fine.

Yes dh has hotmail.com

Yes he is. He then gets a message telling him to confirm his vote by clicking on the link in an email, only he never gets the email.

Hi. If you still haven't sorted this, my hotmail account has 2 junk folders. One "junk" the other "spam" . I couldn't find it at first either. I had to hunt down the right folder. Think it was the spam one.

That happened with me and my hotmail.com; I used my secondary, gmail account in the end.
