This is about two porn actresses who were abused badly while filming porn.
The abuse seems to have been motivated by racism and misogyny.
I'm absolutely sickened that the "sex positive" movement means stuff like this happens and is meant to be empowering.
The women are so brave to speak out

Have you read the OP?

SnibbleAgain · 16/03/2018 10:26

To be clear

If you read the link in the OP, the woman explicitely states that she was abused, and that at the end she showed for the camera that it was "consensual".

All the people watching this will be able to tell themselves it was consensual - up until the point that she has said this. Most won't read it so the film preumably still circulates with happy viewers wanking away to a woman being brutalised.

To say "it should be legal because it turns me on" is a crap argument and I'm still a bit amazed by it.

SnibbleAgain · 16/03/2018 10:27

If it turns you on then use your imagination or a book, seek out some like minded individuals in real life,

There is no excuse for consuming violent porn that you have literally no idea is not being performed under duress.

NotUmbongoUnchained · 16/03/2018 10:40

I haven’t said that. And I never actually said I watched porn. But whatever.

SnibbleAgain · 16/03/2018 11:09

?

You are on a thread about violent porn, saying that you don't think it should be banned as it turns a lot of poeple on, and that you yourself enjoy violent sex.

Sorry for the leap.

You still haven't answered the question I've asked many times - have you read the link in the OP?

I remember when 1 cup came out and somebody mentioned it on a forum and it was universally thought to be fake. I never found out whether it is or not, but I think a lot of people assume these things are fake.
Actually enjoying them or finding them funny is worrying, fake or not.

SnibbleAgain · 16/03/2018 11:30

Lots of men find them funny.

That is disturbing in itself. I think whether they're wanking to it, or laughing, or both, finding enjoyment in watching women being racially abused, sexually abused, degraded is a real worry

There was a thing recently that said they did a study and men who had a woman be ?assertive made them have violent fantasies about women in general.

"Putting women in their place" is something lots of men approve of whether they explicitely realise it or not, and it's that, that a lot of this is catering to.

Also to dehumanise / other, which is necessary for the porn industry to keep going.

Ekphrasis · 16/03/2018 14:16

I don't want to google - what is one cup?! Confused

SnibbleAgain · 16/03/2018 14:22

Video called 2 girls 1 cup involving shitting and ingestion (I am fairly sure, never watched it).

CurlsandCurves · 16/03/2018 15:04

Wikipedia gives probably the gentlest description of what goes on in 2girls 1 cup.

Elendon · 16/03/2018 15:23

It's a heart rendering read, that's for sure.

How anyone can watch porn after reading this, is beyond me.
