This documentary is really interesting; I don't think these women get to voice their opinions very often. It's very good on butch vs trans ideology.

I did find myself wondering though, why we put so much emphasis on clothes and hairstyles. What is it about plain t-shirts and tartan shirts that says "butch" rather than "woman wearing a plain t-shirt and a tartan shirt"?
