Anyone aware of the Dana Rivers case? Came across this on Twitter. Cases like this are defiant not going to help the TRAs!

Bit torn because obviously this does not represent trans people. But it does show the anti-lesbian sentiment in the trans lobby. Awful.

Dana Rivers was one of the TIMs who played a key part in getting Michigans Womyns Festival shut down for good going back 5 or 6 years ago now. A canary in a coalmine if there ever was one!

Yeah, that’s mentioned in one of the tweets. It isn’t getting a lot of reporting in the news or really any traction on Twitter, which I find suspicious.

I've just literally been reading articles about the Dana Rivers case. This quote stood out to me. "This is utterly unfathomable. I am in utter shock,’ one unnamed relative told the East Bay Times Thursday. ‘This is a woman who has devoted her life to helping others. Nothing about this lines up.’" (This was for the mail online and this person was actually talking about Dana Rivers not one of the poor murdered women)

It isn’t getting a lot of reporting in the news or really any traction on Twitter, which I find suspicious.

I have read a piece that Rivers wrote about Michfest in about 2009 and the male entitlement and narc rage is dripping from it. But narcs do generally take people in.

It feels like we're waiting forever for the actual trial. Rivers is a really nasty, scary piece of work. That was a brutal crime.

Men who believe in sex change are protected category in CA so just getting a prosecution is an achievement. Remember Ben Shapiro was told by police there was a case for an assault prosecution against a navy seal who threatened him twice but they wouldn't take it forward cos protected. Seems extraordinary to me that people are failed to be held to account for assault -

excusing and obfuscating male violence is increasing how the law is applied to any crime against women

Yes well aware of this massacre.
And Rivers' prior "activism" in shutting down a long-standing women-only event.
