I’d be interested to hear what you think of these guidelines published by the British Psychological Society about LGBT therapy. Sorry it’s a bit of a long read 
I’ve been reading the trans threads on here recently and found a lot of the stuff the TRAs come out with totally ridiculous. But I had a quick read of this document yesterday and a lot of things that I’ve raised my eyebrows at are in there, so maybe I shouldn’t be seeing them as being so controversial 
I don’t feel personally threatened by much of it, although I can see that the self ID stuff has the potential to be massively abused. And there seems a lot wrong with the ways these issues are being dealt with in relation to young people. I find that very worrying too.
