You may know that the comedian Richard Herring spends International Woman’s Day on Twitter answering this question (19th November). This year he is using it as a way of raising funds for Refuge. Here is the Just Giving page should anyone feel inclined.........

He has said that he thinks TW are W but accepts that others can think differently - there was a tweet which I must have seen earlier today from following a link from this board .
Nonetheless I donated the £19.11 earlier because he's being funny today!

I did notice that he didn't agree with the black books writer who came out as a terf on twitter the other day though.

This is brilliant. I was thinking about him earlier today, wondering how he was getting on with his annual tweet-a-thon. So amazing that he has raised so much money for a great cause
