Caught a bit of this American plastic surgery program last night. As with all programs like this it focuses on some poor delusional people. However, one was a TIM who was persuing such a path of self destruction that the surgeons refused to operate (enlarge breasts further) and suggested a therapist instead. This individual was seeking to look as feminine as possible, and the template for their vision of extreme femininity? A blow up sex doll!
