Links to information about gender reform bill?

I'm looking for more information about the bill that was brought to House of Commons about the plans to alter the gender recognition act.

Inform me if I'm mistaken in thinking that this has taken place! The reason I'm looking for more information is to educate myself and so polite instruction is welcomed.

I'm in Scotland so we had a consultation that ended on the 1st.
