Thousands of women marched today in London for women’s equality.

The BBC headline reported Actor ‘would take gender paycut’.

Then, the first paragraphs are about that actor (Michael Sheen). The next named person is Sadiq Khan. Third named person is Harvey Weinstein with a woman, Rose McGowan, finally being named 4th. Neither Rose nor Weinstein were at the march so I can only surmise the bbc’s article was really about ‘shit women won’t shut up about’.

Then there was a mention of Theresa May’s tweet about the march, back to Mr Sheen for some words and a mention that some women were actually at the march. Including a Pankhurst.

Sky did a better job which is how I know there were ‘thousands’ marching.

Yeah. It was a good march and some great speeches. Sad they didn't focus on it more widely

All the main news reporting seems to call it a 'march for gender equality' attended by 'thousands' Confused
