Just catching up with this weeks episode,

First patient featured is transgender teenager. The autistic doctor keeps calling them he and asserting that they are male. Child is on puberty blockers and has been diagnosed with osteopenia. Interested to see where they go with this.

I dont watch much tv, do you have any more info, such as what channel its on, whether its a documentary or a drama?

It's a drama on sky living.

I saw this last night

I have to admit as soon as they mentioned osteopenia I may have yelled "puberty blockers" at the tv

I knew befire they said that would be why

I felt they were very cautious they could have mentioned more about the effects of the drugs.

But they did well to highlight the importance of sex being relevant as he nearly died cos of the internal bleeding.

I do feel they chickened out just when the debate 're fertility could have got interesting

And now Jamestown has a transgender character too! Except he is clearly a man.
