Violent trans rapist/murderer invited to speak in house of lords

This person went to prison for murdering their partner, then shortly after release attempted to rape a shop assistant in a shop where the person was trying to buy female clothes and claimed it was so they could go back to prison to get their gender reassignment funded.

They've been invited to the house of lords to talk about how to treat transgender prisoners.

I really hope the Lords are told of this persons history and it helps them see what kind of people might be locked up with women. That's the only silver lining I can see

I refuse to believe they aren't aware of his background of violence.
He's been let out of prison early, twice. They don't seem to be bothered about investigating how that happened, or if his presence had any effect on the female prisoners.

I wonder if someone could manage get to theStrangers Gallery and protest, perhaps hand out fliers or ask questions of the MPs there or even shout out what kind of person this is.
