Anyone been banned from twitter for stating facts or something reasonable or had a seemingly innocuous tweet removed?

Seen a couple of odd things online and wondering if it's just me?

I've had a couple of suspensions for stating that only men have penises and for writing "your pesky XY chromosomes put paid to that" which apparently was actual violence. Whereas being told I "needed a good scudding" wasn't violence.
