And pointed out that Andrew's comment about 'a trans woman who was not yet a fully biological woman' was clearly a mistake, as women are not simply 'men without penises' and no operation can turn a man into a woman.

We appreciate your point about the use of "biologically fully women". Andrew's intention was to refer to a transgender person who has had their preferred gender legally recognised under The Gender Recognition Act 2004. We acknowledge his wording could have been clearer.
