The possibility of "all gender toilets" is a pretty good analogy for the wider issues of ignoring biology:

Imagine there are two toilet facilities. One has urinals in, the other has just stalls. Who can use the stalls? Everyone. Who can (easily) use the urinals? Just those with a penis. (Because biology.)

I don't really buy into gender and sex being different things. However, since many do, trans people in particular, aren't toilets segregated by sex rather than gender?

So identify with whatever gender you choose, your gender can be female/male as you please, but we segregate bathrooms by sex as that is what determines the different ways of going to toilet, plus is the only way to keep it non-subjective.

Any man peeing in a urinal in the women's would surely get the piss taken out of them.

Because, as usual, the reasonable blokes aren't getting involved, leaving the boundary breakers to do what they want.

I know that DP, and both of my sons would prefer not to pee in urinals in front of strange women. The trouble is, that until they're forced to see this reality of gender neutral toilets, men just won't bother getting involved. The only way forward is that if the women's are gender neutral, so are the mens, and women have to go in there and use them.

There's nothing wrong with being who you want to be but that doesn't mean you can infringe on others privacy.
If we have neutral toilets then take the urinals out and just have cubicles, problem solved. Well nearly, mens toilets stink and changing gender won't stop the huge smell coming from a man's dump.
