Only place I've seen that mentioned before is in Garfunkel and Oates' wonderful satirical song about the purity movement (apologies to any moderate, sane Christians out there, but you can find it by googling the chorus "fuck me up the ass 'cos I love Jesus..."). It mentions "Satan's doorbell" - whether this is a troll taking their song as inspiration or whether it's the real deal and G&O were satirising a phrase in common use in American evangelical circles I don't know.
