I thought these were really interesting - some really resonated some less so...

I did feel disappointed though that there wasn’t much focus on the massive shift that I’ve felt anyway in identity and how society sees you - just wondered what others made of them:

Hopefully that link is clicky.

Thanks for posting these OP they were very thought provoking. Like you I can relate more to some than others.

Thanks for the clicky link I thought I had nailed it clearly not...

I think the two that got me most were the one about PND and how even as the most important person in our child’s life we can convince ourselves we’re worthless and the dad wanting to be Mum one - I do struggle to understand why it would matter so much which parent you are

As someone who was once a teen parent the one about becoming a parent before you are an adult resonated a lot with me. I didn't struggle as much as the narrator but I really understood some of the sentiment.

I think perhaps the difference between us is that I luckily had a full choice about continuing the pregnancy or not. Although it's only much later in life I have fully understood the ramifications of that decision and quite how much I did sacrifice.
