Can't get Scottish Govt GRA Questionnaire to download

I've finally steeled myself to completing this nonsensical, heavily biased document, only to find that I can't download the blasted thing! I'm using a Macbook Pro, and when I click to open the questionnaire in a new window, a blank window opens, and the download image thing pings into my downloads folder, but then disappears!

Help!

Can you try a different browser? You can get chrome for Mac.

Thanks, but I'm not at all tech savvy. If it works, all is well. If it doesn't work, I'm stuck. All the other related documents open in another window. The only one I can't get is the one called questionnaire, and I'm assuming, maybe wrongly, that that's the one to be filled in.

I'll try phoning or emailing Scottish Govt tomorrow and see if they can email it to me.

Ah! I've managed to save it on my desktop!

Now I'll need to get my blood pressure down again, so I can start to fill it in!

Is this something anyone can do? Is there a link please?
