I may be wrong but this case seems to me to have HUGE implications.
Tara is suing for discrimination over being placed in a male prison but does not have a GRC.
If Tara wins that part of her case will it mean any organisation denying self-iding transwomen access to women's spaces eg wards could be more vulnerable to discrimination claims?
