I have been given a role related to building blended leadership in my organisation. One of the elements is to engage men to achieve this. Any suggestions as to how I might go about this? I know there will be some who really don't get it, or see it as a problem (for them), but there must be some who want to help. Two other questions; how do I find and engage them? What can I ask them to do?
